ORDERING OFFLINE BY OTHER METHODS OF PAYMENT
You may also order by simply providing all details in an e-mail, letter, phone call or fax to us. Simply calculate the POSTAGE and PRODUCT costs from the amounts listed beside each product above and send by one of the following methods. You can pay over the phone or by fax with Mastercard and Visa or by mail with a cheque (Australia only), bank draft or money order. If using cheques, bank drafts or money orders, make them payable to RANKIN PUBLISHERS. Overseas personal cheques cannot be accepted - use a bank draft from your local bank in Australian dollars instead. Mastercard and Visa credit card transactions are automatically made in Australian dollars. If using a credit card, you will need to supply the NUMBER, EXPIRY DATE and NAME on the card.
